| #2asmodeusloreOct 04, 2010 8:21:43 | Actually, they are giving out refunds for each month missed. You can get a refund for September simply by contacting Customer Service and asking for one. |
| #3GazraOct 04, 2010 8:26:26 | Actually, they are giving out refunds for each month missed. You can get a refund for September simply by contacting Customer Service and asking for one. This is true. I e-mailed customer support and had my refund the next day. |
| #4dbmeboyOct 04, 2010 20:53:25 | The refund is nice. Now if only I could figure out how to turn off autorenew on my subscription until such a time that I am convinced it is worth having again. All I get trying to navigate their system is a bunch of error messages. |

| #6lightinfoOct 04, 2010 21:12:14 | The refund is nice. Now if only I could figure out how to turn off autorenew on my subscription until such a time that I am convinced it is worth having again. All I get trying to navigate their system is a bunch of error messages. I've been getting "The checkout process is not currently available. Please try again later " all day once I get to the part where I enter my login after clicking Subscription history. That said, I at least recall disabling auto-renew earlier: I'm just trying to figure out what day my subscription ends on. But unless cost of 1 month = amount refunded, then a refund is a poor substitute. At least we got some content those months though. Then again, I haven't gotten a refund yet, despite asking Customer Service for one. |
| #7mudbunnyOct 04, 2010 21:19:51 | OK. It looks like the whole system is down. The purchase system was down, and it appears to have affected the cancel auto-renew as well. WotC is aware of it, and is working on it. As soon as I discover that it has been repaired, I will pass it on. |

WotC is aware of it, and is working on it. Thanks. Just what WotC needed: another technology problem. Now I almost feel sorry for them. |
| #9mudbunnyOct 04, 2010 22:09:18 | FWIW, when I emailed the person at WotC responsible, I got a response in less than 5 minutes, which means that they were still there, working on the problem. |
| #10creed5757Oct 05, 2010 10:24:04 | Just wondering, what if you have a 12 months sub, will they refund you the portion of the sub? Thanks |
| #11mudbunnyOct 05, 2010 10:26:46 | Yup. |
| #12asmodeusloreOct 05, 2010 10:44:18 | Just wondering, what if you have a 12 months sub, will they refund you the portion of the sub? Yes, they will refund you for one month's worth of your subscription cost. Edit: Dammit! That's twice you've NINJA'd me today. |

*Fetches a box full of "Yup" from a rack next to him and hands it over* Here you go, better luck next time. |
