There's no lawsuit. They issued a Cease and Desist after an Internal mock-up of what the Game Table should look like was accidently posted to the website, and it had an image of the dice from Fantasy Grounds embedded. FantasyGrounds issued a Cease and Desist, the image was fixed, and the problem was solved.
