2. Select deity "Corellon"

3. Set Intelligence to 13

4. Get At-Will power "Divine Bolts"

5. Get feat "Power of Arcana", "Arcane Initiate", and at 11th level "Arcane Admixture"

Under "Class" tab, the powers listed that can be affected by Arcane Admixture should include Divine Bolts because Power of Arcana makes Divine Bolts an arcane power.
