I was creating a character in response to a thread on the CharDev board, using the Vampiric Heritage feat. It grants an encounter power, and produces the card on the sheet. But the summery does not list this power, so it would be left out if I were to post it to the thread. Also, the power in question does not auto-calculate. I wouldn't call these bugs, but they should be working the way other powers do in the generator.
