Action Surge shows up constantly on power cards but most other feat benefits aren't adjusting the sheet.  So my combat commander feat doesn't adjust the taclord's class feature description, greater fortune and greater divine fortune do not adjust the divine fortune power card etc.  Some players struggle to keep track of situational bonuses all the time and ironically action surge is one that nobody forgets.  While you can adjust class features easily, I assume that if the taclord was to train out the feat later you would have to remember to change it back after an indeterminate period of time.  Not a major problem for me but it might slip past any DM that came after me.
