Feat Missing

Mar 04, 2009 23:23:42		The Fast Manifestation feat from Dragon 367 is not showing up on the gensai character I have right now in the character builder. I have the Extra Manifestation feat as per the feat requires but the feat will not show up.

Its there, but for some reason it jumps from the Racial Feats area down to Class Feats.
