Hello there, Dev team and fellow Character Builder enthusiasts! Gotta tell you, the stuff that you've put out already is incredible and easily replacing even the best of the fan-based fillable sheets that I've seen and used around the web. GREAT JOB!

That said, there are, of course, a couple of things that would increase my experience. ;) I'm using my copy of the CB to track all of the characters for my players in my local chapter of the RPGA. I was previously using an excel sheet to do this, and in that sheet I had compiled all of the possible story awards that PCs could have earned and a checkbox list of what mods the PCs had played, so that when my people invariably asked me whether they'd played a mod before or not (they lose the cutout sheets far too often), I could have the answer off hand. (Plus, I'm keeping them on their toes by asking them at the beginnings of mods where they're keeping trinkets and other items given by story awards, such as the Badge of Temperence given in CORM1-1 - always makes 'em wonder if those things are going to be pertinent in the mod they're playing!)

In converting from the excel sheets to the CB, I'm finding a couple of snags. My pipe dream, of course, would be to have you guys include in future revisions an RPGA "page" for the sheet where I could just check off what mods have been played and what story awards have been earned and have the character sheet automatically generate pages for me to print with the awards on them (maybe even ask me for entries on what bundles they took and how much XP they earned? Hey, I said it was a pipe dream, hehehe). In more realistic terms, the Journal Entries seem like a GREAT way for me to have this information stored - I can simply make a different entry for each region and C&P the story award text into those spots. The problem, of course, is that there seems to be no way to actually /print/ those Journal Entry pages, which I would need to do in order to have the records conveniently available to the players at table. Should the Powers That Be grace me with the time to enjoy a home game again, I imagine I'd also want that ability for myself as well.

Similarly, the creation part offers a section for RPGA notes, but there is no way that I can find to put those notes on the character sheet.

Lastly, there's the question of the equipment themselves - in my excel sheet, I actually listed that Badge of Temperence as a physical item that the PC is carrying, since, well... it is. And the reminder to treat it that way isn't lost on my players. But I don't see a way to add a "custom" item to the equipment sheet. (This is probably just me missing something.)

In any case, thanks for reading, thanks for the awesome product and let me know if you can do any of that stuff for me and the other RPGA monkeys out there. ;)

You can add a custom item to the equipment sheet by clicking on the 'house' icon in the rightmost area of the "Equipment and Magic Items" title block, found on the Equipment tab of the shop. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to add a full item that's treated as such by the character sheet, but it should work well enough for non-magical items.

I found this out when looking for a workaround for Sextant of the Planes being misentered. As a bonus, I found that when I used the same name as found in the Weapons section, it converted the custom item into the real thing (a Wondrous Item).
