| #1_radagast__dupDec 16, 2008 21:04:23 | Why does D&D Insider keep logging me out after a minor amount of inactivity??? This is not SUCH a big deal during regular browsing of magazines and whatnot, but during a session... It is unsatisfactory. I should have to log into D&D Insider ONCE during a session of D&D. Specifically, I am speaking about the D&D Compendium. This tool is a pain in the ass to use during a session if I have to keep logging in and out. Re-opening the damn separate window (see below). And, then resuming use... Also, why can't I log into Insider THROUGH the Compendium window?? Sometimes I play where there is no internet connection, but my mobile can access the internet... But guess what? I can't log into Insider or the Compendium. There is only a link to "Sign Up" for Insider. Been there, done that. Now, I need to be able to "Or, if you are already an subscriber - login here". This may seem like minor quibbles, but these login issues make the functionality of D&D Insider during an actual session a nightmare. And, it's just frustrating logging in four times during a simple visit to the site for an hour... I don't know if Insider is designed this way, so that you are logged out after a small amount of time, but please amend this. Thank you. Sorry for the RANT format. |
