| #1Nibelung_ajrSep 11, 2010 11:55:34 | I have a player that got this armor on the game. When I equip him on the builder, every single attack he have is linked to the armor "weapon" instead of his main weapon. There is any way to correct this, so I dont have to unequip the armor every time I want to check some attack/damage bonus of his powers? |

A) Basic question: if he has another melee weapon that he prefers, why the heck would he pick (or you give him) that armor? Feral Hide is for ranged characters who don't want to have to deal with drawing and stowing a melee weapon. (I played an Archer Warlord that used it.) B) First, in Character Builder, make sure that the character actually has the other weapon equipped. (He can't equip the Feral Hide Armor as a weapon.) That takes care of previewing stats as you go through the vailable powers. Second, in the Character Sheet, right-click on the panel or power card of your choice and select Customize. Then choose what weapons (and, in the case of the "Attack Workspace", "Damage Workspace", and "Basic Attacks" panels, what powers) will appear. As an alternative to doctoring all the power cards individually, go to Options and make sure that "Show All Weapons for Power Cards" is checked; if not, click it and then also pick "Restore all Power Cards to Default Weapons" (unfortunately this also causes "Unarmed", i.e. improvised weapons, to show up).

Not the most optimal use of the armor, but helps the group. B) First, in Character Builder, make sure that the character actually has the other weapon equipped. I was wishing for something on the builder itself, not on the sheet. Like when he is selecting the new powers, he can see how his hammer buff the power, but the builder shows the armor attack as main. We can only solve this unequiping the armor and reequiping after everything. |
