Fey Pact Warlock - Pact Weapon problem?

I was trying to build an Eldarin Fey Pact Warlock using the 'Essentials' option in the Character Builder.

The program doesn't seem to equip the character with the Blade of Winter's Mourning Pact Weapon. Is there some way to manually add that item to the equipment list?

I just created a level 1 Fey Pact Eladrin Warlock (Hexblade), as well as a level 10, a level 20, and a level 30. All four had a Blade of Winter's Mourning in their inventory and equipped as soon as I clicked "Customize Character".

 

I can't find the Blade of Winter's Mourning in the Marketplace search. However, you can always customize the name and damage of another Proficiency 3 weapon, such as the Rapier. (Except for value/weight, BoWM has the same stats as a Large Rapier, but the system won't let you equip a Large weapon unless you're a Bugbear. You can customize the regular Rapier to be a d10 [W] though.)
