SHouldn't the Builder know if you are level 1 or 6 or 11?
And if it does, shouldn't it be able to remove tha dded text from powers that scale up at those other levels?
Or more importantly, if you are level 21, do you need to know what the power does at level 6 or 11, or 16?

Same with something like Second Wind.
It's already built for my character specifically with the appropriate Surge Value and Surges per Day.
So why does it say Second Wind is a minor action for dwarves if I'm not a dwarf.
Shouldn't it instead change the Action to minor if you are a dwarf and leave it standard if you aren't?

And those powers that let you choose Strength or Constitution or Dexterity. Why can't it choose the highest one and just print that? It already chooses which one for the attack bonus. How about letting it remove the other extraneous ability text.

I agree with all of that.

Unfortunately at this stage I'm just going to make my own power cards.

I agree. There's several places on the sheets where it accounts for all the possible levels. It doesn't need to; just use the current values.

Power descriptions in the picker should use full verbiage. Power descriptions on the cards (and related stuff on the sheet) should use only the current values.

An option to turn on / off verbose power cards would be give better control to players / DM's.

I'm just starting a campaign for a group of 5 players who are all new to D&D and having the extra text on the power cards may help them learn the game as it lets them see what benefits are to come and potential build options for future characters.

Whilst this may be appealing it may also be complex to achieve a condensed version of the power cards, not only development but also maintenance and updates. I am guessing that the descriptions are simply stored as a single block of text, used for both CB rules column and printed power cards, and this would have to be broken up in to many pieces with many rules about what to include.
