Finding the right Maptiles on the Map Gallery

Dec 24, 2010 12:22:29 Hey everybody, I usually lurk around but never post. Anyway I was wondering if anyone knew of a specific mapset that includes a bunch of cold climate/snowy plains type of maptiles. Just wondering if anyone knew offhand a specific set that had a bunch of these. I find a few here and there, but the whole beginning of my campaign takes place in an icy climate.

I know trhere was a Map with the Game Day Delve Into The Shadowhaunt two years ago set on a icy terrain, but it will be hard to find today i guess. I think it was a Map for D&D Miniatures originally.

There is the Dungeon Tile Set Caveen of Icewind Dale coming next month: www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?x=dnd/p...

Others might remember any

Dec 25, 2010 7:33:06 The adventure included in the Monster Vault has one side of the map set in a snowy village, if it helps.

Dec 27, 2010 15:24:57 I believe the mini set that came with Drizzt and Icingdeath has an ice map. There is also the map pack, Fantastic Locations: The Frostfell Rift.

Jan 11, 2011 13:23:50 Not sure if you are still looking, but there is also an icy map available through Paizo Publishing which could supplement the Caverns of Icewind Dale Tiles, as well as the others mentioned here.
