#1 Pauper May 10, 2009 19:22:25	In Arcane Power, the Fire Shield power (Wizard Utility 6) is listed as a Daily power. However, the Character Builder lists it as an Encounter power. Which is correct? -- Pauper
#2 Mr_Rose May 11, 2009 15:55:24	The one in the book most likely, since Fire Shield is way too awesome to be an Encounter. Also, the book generally always wins in these cases because the book is the original source for the material; all the stuff in CB is copied from the books.
