The Genasi racial feature doesn't allow me to select which stat I want to use. As such the power card assumes I use Strength when in reality I want to use the highest one (in my case Constitution).

Also a related question: Do magic implements count towards your attack bonus with this power? The power card assumed I'm unarmed when I use Firepulse and I'm not certain if it should do that or not.

Since the power doesn't have the Implement keyword, I would have to say implements don't count. Why would you think they would?

aye it all depends on keywords.

to take it back on forum topic, it seems powers with multiple possible stats need to be smart (choose the highest modifier, unless told otherwise)

No, they need a sub choice to be made upon selection, like the pact choice when you choose the warlock class or or more exactly the darkfire choise when you choose drow as a race. If it just auto used the better of the two it could change itself when I push my strength past my con at level 16 or somthing. Its not a better of the two, it is a chosen once kinda thing.

So either add a 3rd level of choices that must be made when choosing genesi, or change the second teir to things like Firesoul-Strength, Firesoul-Dex, Firesoul-Con, Windsoul, Earthsoul-Str...etc

On a related note: the "Firepulse Master" feat adds the +1D6 damage... but I do not see anywhere on the Power Card where "Reliable" is gained.

It would be a nice thing to have on the Power Card.

Cause then I'd have an extra +2? :P Anyway, thanks
