Fixed Enhancement Bonuses

Jan 06, 2011 11:12:38		I've seen several threads about this, but no definitive answer. Some people say they're on by default (and point to CS posts as proof), others say they're not (and give numbers to back it up). So the question is:

Are fixed enhancement bonuses as presented in Dark Sun and the DMG2 available in the Character Builder?

Jan 06, 2011 11:54:48 		Not turned on by default, but it is possible if you export a char with it turned on from the old cb and import it.  The function exists, there is simply no toggle switch to turn it on or off in the online builder yet.
