Focused Expertise not recognized (not a stacking issue)

Jun 28, 2009 18:19:21 I built a 5th level Warlock|Rogue with the Focused Expertise (short sword) feat taken at 4th level. None of the Warlock powers see even a Short Sword Pact Blade +1. The build does not have Weapon Expertise of any kind. If I add a Dagger +1 in the offhand, the Warlock powers see it.
