#1 tywyll May 29, 2011 12:39:07	Hello.  I have an idea for a Dragon magazine article I'd like to submit.   I've read the submission guidelines, but have a few more questions. 1) Who should I addess it to (or does that matter)? 2) How detailed should the pitch be?  For example, if you are pitching a group of new magic items, should you detail what they all do, or just talke about the group?   3) If an article is accepted, how long do you have to turn it in? Thanks!

We're not going to reject anything just because it wasn't addressed to the correct R&D staffer. 2) For the initial pitch, a couple paragraphs is fine.  3) If it's accepted, we'll work out a schedule with you based on our current needs and deadlines.

If anyone can post a link to the article it'd be greatly appreciated. Also, this info should really be posted somewhere on the main page, or at least on the Dragon/Dungeon sub-pages. Thanks!

Either put a link directly to this article or rework the content into an information page on submissions. Most other publishers put a submissions link front and center on their page.
