#1 cervanti Mar 11, 2011 21:39:12	Is there any sites that address what the rank of the Knights of Solmania would be at certain levels for 3.5? I have a Knight that is Lvl 16 -   Noble 2 / Cleric 3 / Knight of the Crown 3 / Knight of the Sword 8 I would like to know what would his official title be.  With the old 2nd edition list he would be a Elder of the Sword.  Was there any Official Titles made for 3.5?  And being a level 16 how many troops can he command in battle?  I ruffly figured it out by the leadership feat, but that just does not seem right.
#2 Newanda Mar 13, 2011 11:09:38	one of the nice things about 3rd edition compared to 2nd edition (IMHO), is that rank no longer equals lvl.  Lower level characters can outrank higher level characters for a variety of reasons, both in the real world and in fantisy settings, including royal blood, money, time spent in service, popular elections, etc. As for how many troops your character can command, that depends on his rank, your DM, and how often large battles are part of your campaign.  Sturm commanded almost no one his entire career, remember, while Laura commanded the entire light army.

#4 Dragonhelm Mar 14, 2011 16:10:36	Knightly Orders of Ansalon has a full listing of all the ranks of the Knights of Solamnia and the Knights of Neraka.  I worked on the latter section.  They were based on the old level titles, but updated a bit to make a little more sense.
