Thought I'd stick this here since DMs are the ones that'll have to approve of them anyway.

Requires Attunement

Amulet of Alter Self, +0, +1, or +2

Wonderous Item, uncommon (+1), rare (+2), very rare (+3)

(Requires attunement)

This amulet has 7 charges. While worn, you can expend 1 charge to cast Alter Self from it. If you chose Natural Weapons you gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls made with your Unarmed Strike. This bonus is determined by the amulet's rarity. At sunrise the amulet regains all spent charges.

This is mainly to address the fact that Monks can't get magic weapons for their mostly unique weapon: Unarmed Strike. It's less useful for others but still a fun piece, and works (fully) for any one-handed weapon user.

Cloak of Shadows

Wonderous Item, Uncommon (requires attunement)

While you wear this cloak with its hood up, you project shadowy mist up to 5 feet from you. The mist is considered natural, and reduces light conditions to dim light, unless in darkness.

Wood Elves, Shadow Monks and anyone with the Skulker feat will love this one.

You should rename the amulet to "Amulet of Natural Attacks" since it's only effect is to grant a bonus to your unarmed. In fact, it doesn't even need to cast Alter Self, it can just grant the bonus and require attunement. It'll be fine as just that.

The other features of Alter Self are also fun though, and make up for requiring attunement.
