Now it's about being a great Game Master - for any system. With DND not version 5.0 out, you can be sure though I will be focusing on it, in future vids.

While I already get lots of compliments, the point of your asking a few of the questions you were asking is new to me. I will try it!
I think a very important part you should add is to offer some little bit of development to each character during every game. Try to notice the players who are not as aggressive as the other players and make sure you help develop their characters too. Table management is king. The other thing is to take notice and use new words for new or changing events.
