I'm running a FR game set in Damara and I'll need a few monsters. Please let me know if I've made any horrible mistakes, I'm fumbling around with older descriptions and sample text from the DM pdf.

Remorhaz

Huge magical beast, unaligned

Armor Class 16 (natural armor)

Hit Points 77 (7d12 + 35)

Speed 30 ft., burrow 20 ft.

STR        DEX        CON       INT         WIS        CHA

26 (+8)    13 (+1)    21 (+5)    5 (−3)     12 (+1)    10 (+0)

Saving Throws Dex +4, Con +8, Wis +4, Cha +3

Damage Resistances cold

Skills Stealth +4

Senses darkvision 60ft, low-light vision, tremorsense 60ft, passive Perception 11

Languages

Challenge 5 (1700 XP)

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 18). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the remorhaz can’t bite another target.

Heat. A creature that touches the remorhaz or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (1d10) fire damage.

Keen Hearing. The remorhaz has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing.

Swallow. The remorhaz makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the remorhaz, and it takes 18 (4d8) acid damage at the start of each of the remorhaz’s turns. The remorhaz can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the remorhaz dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting prone.

If you have access to legacy of the crystal shard, it has stats for a young remorhaz. Since it is a current product for sale I won't post the stats.

The stats are available in the free pdf supplement - http://media.wizards.com/downloads/dnd/LoCS_Stats_Next.pdf

Thanks. Based on the feedback and the Young Remorhaz profile I made a couple adjustments.

Remorhaz

Huge monstrosity, unaligned

Armor Class 16

Hit Points 80 (7d12 + 35)

Speed 40 ft., burrow

STR        DEX        CON       INT         WIS        CHA

26 (+8)    13 (+1)    21 (+5)    5 (−3)     12 (+1)    10 (+0)

Saving Throws Dex +4, Con +8, Wis +4, Cha +3

Skills Stealth +4

Senses blindsight 35ft, darkvision 60ft, passive Perception 11

Languages

Challenge 4 (1100 XP)

Traits

Burrow: The remorhaz can burrow through ice and snow at its speed, and through earth at one-third its speed. When burrowing through earth, ice, or packed snow, the remorhaz leaves behind a 5-foot-wide tunnel.

Heat: A creature that touches the remorhaz or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 11 (4d4) fire damage.

Immunities: The remorhaz is immune to fire and cold.

Keen Hearing. The remorhaz has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 18). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the remorhaz can’t bite another target.

I've also had a go at making a Dretch. I'm leaning towards bumping it to Challenge 1 because of the resistances.

Dretch

Small fiend (demon), chaotic evil

Armor Class 10

Hit Points 16 (3d6 + 6)

Speed 20 ft.

STR        DEX        CON       INT         WIS        CHA

12 (+1)    10 (+0)    14 (+2)    5 (−3)     11 (+0)    11 (+0)

Saving Throws Dex +3, Con +4

Damage Vulnerabilities cold-iron, good

Damage Resistances acid, cold, and fire; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical weapons

Skills Perception +2, Stealth +4, Survival +0

Senses darkvision 60ft, passive Perception 12

Languages -

Challenge ½ (100 XP)

Traits

Aligned Attacks: The dretch’s natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as chaotic-aligned and evil-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Immunities: The dretch is immune to lightning and poison.

Telepathy: The dretch may communicate telepathically with any creature with a language within 100 ft.

Tracker. The dretch has advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track prey.

Actions

Multiattack. The dretch makes two claw attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage.

Innate Spellcasting. 1/Day: Fear, Stinking Cloud.

Summon Demon. 1/Day: The dretch can attempt to summon another dretch with a 35% chance of success.

None of the DM Basic Rules monsters appear to have that as an option.

I'm guessing there are two reasons. First, to let a swallowed character escape before the fight is over. It would be kind of a bummer to get swallowed and spend the whole encounter in the Terrasque's gullet. And second, to prevent an acid-immune character from cutting the beast apart entirely from the inside. Lower challenge beasts aren't likely to need either.
