Any useful apps or methods of creating a campaign on android? Such as evernote. Share your ideas 
Are you planning on doing this in person, using tablets for augmentation, or online, using them as your table?

I'm asking again: Are you planning on referencing these on your tablet at the table, or are you using the tablet as a virtual tabletop? How you plan on using those notes will determine which apps are useful.

You're basically just using a tablet where older DMs would have used a big binder full of notes and sticky tabs. Any app that replaces that functionality - and there are several - will suffice for your needs.
