Here's the first building that the PC's come across in this module with the description. I design everything with GIMP and Inkscape. By converting to a bitmap and PDF in Inkscape, Dungeon Masters can enlarge the dungeons to their desire without losing image quality.

The dank and dark room bristles with a chill that could make a lich shiver. On one side of the room lies a scribe’s desk cluttered with mildewed parchment and old quills, inkwells, ledger books, and a dirty brass nameplate reading “AGRAN DODD.” A rigid safe is nestled in the corner behind the desk. Opposite the front door is a cast iron, potbelly stove with two doors on either side of it, water pooling from beneath the one on the left. Tall wooden drawers sit in undisturbed rows to the left wall, each of them bloated with wet, mildewed documents. |

As far as the map itself, I'd probably remove the wall dividing the two bed chambers and include some windows in the place overall. This mitigates the potential for boring fights at chokepoints and creates more avenues for entry and escape. |
