Nice. LE hordelings. I might make a role of a 20 give them amorphous, so they can squeeze into opening one size level smaller at their regular speed. I am hoping the DMG has tables of extra powers for fiends and celestials (add a power raise the CR by 1) that would be similar to yours or the ones in 13th Age. That would add a little uncertainty into the encounters for the players.
