Duergar, Svirfneblin, and Shifters

I want to add them to my game as PC races. Do you think these mechanics work or do they seem OP? Thanks!

Neat ideas, though I'm not sure if shifter shifting is balanced.  Duergar and Svirfneblin both seem fine though.
