| Spells Database 5th_v1.xlsxJackRosSep 25, 2014 2:30:06 | An excel database of all the 5th ed. spells
Hi all,
I do not quite follow the comunity, but I tought that work I did could be of help to every player.
For my LAZY players, I created an excel file containing a database of all the 5th edition spells; every entry is tagged with level, class, ritual option, along with a short description of the spell's effects. Filters are in place to help you sort out the spells you need for your PC.
I hope you find it useful.. Any suggestion is welcome!

With Acid Splash for instance: "You hurl a bubble of acid" is pretty self-evident and doesn't really help me. I changed the description to: "Dex Save or 1d6 acid - can target 2 if within 5ft of each other.".
Edit: I would also add whether or not a spell requires concentration, someone had posted another spell list and I was able to copy it from there. |

However, I would second the game mechanics portion. But it's an excellent starting point to modify for my own needs. :D |

I compiled it on a hurry to support my players in the creation of their characters, so is far from perfect... I'll try to manage some time to improve it.
