Four new intelligent swords

So I designed four intelligent swords made to work together. Take a look at them and let me know what you think. They're meant to be super powerful and held by heroic NPCs, not neccessarily the PCs themselves.

only think I would say, if they are indeed suppose to be NPC only, why would you  be worried about stating them up?
