#2 Emanuele_Galletto Nov 13, 2014 7:21:47	It's a cool idea, and it reminds me of the party sheet concept from Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 3d edition (it's a good thing, don't worry!). In addition to the feature (which I would add, not substitute to the existing background feature of the PC) I'd also make two skills available for training to all members of the party. Like, if they are a military unit, at 1st level Athletics and Intimidation become part of the class skills the PCs might train (this doesn't allow them to get extra skills trained, it simply broadens their field of choice).
