#1 GEBELL Sep 27, 2014 22:10:11	I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but it seems like finding out information on the 'villain leaders' early on in HOTDQ is impossible?    I'm looking at the second chapter.  and the cult has Rezmir, Frulam Mondath and Langdedrosa Cyanwrath, but I can't find any information on them at all.  Am I just missing it somewhere? Like, who is in charge of who? just a basic description.     Maybe they are minor enough characters that it doesn't matter?    Sorry for the short post, but any help is appreciated.
#2 Llenlleawg Sep 28, 2014 1:43:11	The information on the main NPCs (and many of the monsters) is found in the back of the book, in Appendix B: Monsters. For those you mentioned, Rezmir is on p. 93, Frulam on p. 90, and Langdedrosa on p. 91. Any other monsters (or spells or magic items) not found in the appendices can be found in the free pdf supplement, which can be found here.
#3 MonsterEnvy Sep 28, 2014 11:29:42	Frulam is the leader of the cult raiders and Cyanwrath is her champion and bodyguard. Rezmir is one of the five Wrymspeakers of the cult of the Dragon and one of it's major leaders.    The Cult of the Dragon is ranks are precented in the book and I will list were I think the cult members that show up in the book rank.      Initiate: Cultists, Acolytes and Mercenaries Dragonclaw: Lowest rank of the true members of the cult  Dragonwing: Elite soldiers for the cult Dragonfang: Officers (Most Wearers of Purple are probbaly of this rank. ) I would put Frulam, Cyanwrath and Borngrey here Dragonsoul: Commanders and Major officers. Othelstan is one of these and is Rezmirs deputy and I would say Talis the White is one of these as well. Wyrmspeaker: Cult Leaders, Severin the Red, Rezmir the Black, Neronvain the Green, Varram the White and Galvan the Blue (Talis belives she should be in Varram's place.)    Read more through the book and you should have a better understanding.
