#1 TheGimper Aug 16, 2014 19:11:05	I'm a little confused about one of the Legendary Actions (wing attack) that dragons get. The text in the downloadable supplement for Horde of the Dragon Queen states,   "The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.   Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions)."   What is the second action that this attack costs? Does that mean that it counts as 2 of its 3 legendary actions per round?
#2 Plaguescarred1 Aug 16, 2014 19:36:47	There's no second action, its the cost. Some Legendary Actions cost 1 action such as Tail Attack, and others more, such as Wing Attack, which cost 2 actions out of its 3 available to him to use until its next turn comes up.
