Leomund's Tiny Hut

I have a couple of questions regarding Leomund's Tiny Hut:  I know that spells and magical effects can not pass through the hut (coming from either inside or out), but creatures inside the hut can move through it freely.  Here is what I am wondering:

1. If a party member who was inside the hut when cast runs out, is he able to run back into it?  I am wondering about the text of "creatures and objects within the dome when you cast this spell can move through it freely."  Does "move through it" mean moving through it in both directions, or just move from inside the hut to outside of it?

2. If a spellcaster inside the hut conjures some type of creature inside the hut, can that conjured creature move outside the hut?  (and, if it can move outside the hut, similar to the first question, can it move both into the hut?)

If the creature or object is not within the dome when you cast it, it cannot move into the dome at all, Creatures and objects within the dome when you cast it can move into and out of it freely. If that summoned creature is not within the dome when its cast, it can't enter the dome. It could be teleported into the dome's area, but it can't exit through the dome.

Which is why you use a bow. Arrows break half the time when fired. That means that the best the enemy can hope for is to hurt you with half as many arrows as you're hurting them with.

Just means that you step out of the dome, loose your attacks, then step back inside. At worst, you get hit once or twice because your enemies readied their weapons to attack when you were open. Or, since Leomond's Tiny Hut is so long a casting time, just let it function as written.
