#1 daedel Dec 15, 2014 4:27:55	Hello,   I've noticed that some magic weapons don't have any "+", for example Frost Brand. But also I've noticed that you can "mix" magic items (fusing, page 284), so my question is, can you create a Frost Brand +1 or +2? Would that be enough to change the rarity of the magic item to the next category?
