#1 Aaronsan Sep 27, 2014 16:42:58	Hey guys, I'm DM'ing a 4th edition game with PC's that really like to gamble on fun little games whenever they sit down at a tavern.   The main game we play is "Three Dragons". The rules are simple, players bet a fixed amount (first game is 50 gold, 2nd is 100, 3rd is 150 and so forth and so on), they then roll 3 d20's, add together the 2 highest numbers and whoever has the highest score wins. If there is a tie for 1st place then you add in the 3rd die to determine the winner of the round.   I'm interested to know if other people have little games that they play in game.   If so please feel free to share and explain the rules.
#2 bawylie Sep 28, 2014 11:01:30	I use all kinds of stuff.    Jenga, operation, hungry hungry hippos, puzzles, mazes, anything where a round of play is 10 min or less.    I use use them to match experiences. So we use operation for serious heal checks, for instance.
#3 Timborama Sep 29, 2014 7:06:42	Red Rogue is a Dice Game that's basically Blackjack. I make it sound exotic by calling it Le Rogue Rouge.   I once had the PCs play the equivalent of Minesweeper once in a dungeon. Was pretty neat. Also planned is where the PCs have to play me in chess, where each PC picks a certain chess piece their character represents...
