#2 Alpizarai Jul 22, 2014 14:19:24	It is very cool, but need some sort of BONUS ACTION. You see at the Tier of power you are planning to use it, it will probably face Rogues with multiple actions (lev 17 rogues), and full party members with benefits of haste most of the time. So the creature will find itself behind the party pretty soon...now this could be like a fighter´s Action Surge or liek the Rogue´s Cunning Attack...is necesary. Needlees to say, a reaction option is also necesary. Just keep the same CR at 15 but add those abilities, otherwise--if you can´t figure out what to put there, IMHO; you should look at the option of decrreasing its CR a couple points for those limitations the creature has right now in regards of Reactions and Bonus Options...
