I have two situations with some of my players that i am unsure if they are legal actions:

1) A character Warlock 5/ Sorceror 3 that choose the Fiend Pact  (Fireball at level 3) and Quickened Spell (Spend 2 sorceror points to make a bonus actions a 1 action spell) can cast 2 Fireballs in the same turn?

I believe not because of the rule of the bonus actions spells"You can't cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a casting time of one action" (PHB 202)

So i cant cast Action - Fireball + Bonus Action Fireball but it can cast Action - Eldricth Blast + Bonus Action Fireball.

Am i Correct?

2) FIghter - Battle Master

Maneuvers - "You can only use one maneuver per attack" But what is considerer the attack?

At level 5 , Fighters can attack twice when they choose the Attack Action. Can they use 2 maneuvers , one for each attack or just one per Attack Action?

And if they use Action Surge? Can they use a total of four (4) maneuvers in a round or just two (2)?

Thanks in advance.

Tempest is right about the Fighter. I got a Fighter in my group and he can hack them up with the best of them.. (the monk and the barb)
