Old adventures, new rules

Hello!

 

Me and my friends are about to start a D&D campaign, but the DM wants to use old 2nd edition adventures, which is fine except I'm insisting with him that we should convert them and stay current with 5th edition rules.

 

I've looked everywhere and I don't think these adventures have been released in the new versions yet, so I'm looking for guidelines and ways to convert them ourselves.

 

Maybe you guys can help?
Here's a list of the adventures we intend on playing:

 

Dungeon of Death
Hellgate Keep
For Duty & Deities
Tales from the Infinite Staircase
Castle Spulzeer
