Phandalin Groups *Minor Spoilers*

I just started DM'ing Lost Mine of Phandelver and I have been trying to read ahead and prepare for what my group will be asking. I played D&D 3ed back in 2000 so I know some of the lore. Decided to give the new edition a go since it returns me to the game that got me into RPGing in the first place. So my question.

 

In Phandalin you get the options to invite party members to join groups such as the Harpers and Zhentarim.

 

Those i know a bit about and able to find info on them. I am not able to find anything on Order of the Gauntlet or Lords Alliance. Is there a site with info on these groups?

 

I know joining or not joining has no true impact on the starter set game but I like to know for myself and to seem prepared for our games.
