Random potion effects

I am working on a Percentile table for random potion effects for one of the characters in my homebrew.  Basically, he's a monk, but instead of Martial Arts, he has the Tavern Brawler stuff.

One of his requests, was to have some customisable potions.  Well, I decided to roll with it and am giving him a class feature (at level four) which will basically make any potion he finds into a "random bottle of spirits".  If there is a potion in a chest and he is the one who finds it, it turns into that.  If anyone else finds it, it'll be whatever I had originally planned on being in the chest.  If he buys a potion, it'll be the potion he bought.  So, I am working through the Wild Magic table and using that as a guide to make this list.

So far, I have decided that I am going to throw in each of the potions from the DMG (which includes the Philter of Love and I am adapting some of the other items into potion for, as well) and will include some of the "comedic" effects from the Wild Magic table.  I am concerned about making the table balanced, though, so I am curious if anyone has any insight into how the Wild Magic table was balanced.  Basically, is there a "sweet spot" on percentile that comes up more often in practice?  If so, that would be a choice spot for a "nothing" effect or a weaker magic effect (beneficial or otherwise.)

I am tempted to just use the wild magic table and leave the pink bubbles and can only scream type stuff in there and just replace good with good and bad with bad, but will that be balanced for the types of things that can happen with potions.  Granted, some of the effects on the wild magic table are covered by potions already, but what about the Philter of Love?  (by the way, I decided to make that be an Even-Opposite Sex|Odd-Same Sex effect for this table.

I will post what I have so far and will definitely not complain about ideas for other effects that can be added.  If I get enough, I can even split it so it's a full 100 options and just see what happens from there.
