Are there any monsters that have natural reach?

Yes, quite a few actually, even though it is now no longer an inherent part of a creature's size category, but rather relies on the description of the creature and its appendages.

Giants, for example, have longer reach, and dragons have varying length of reach by attack (an ancient black dragon having a 15' reach with its bite, 10' reach with its claws, and 20' reach with its tail).

AoB is right. It now depends on what attacks they are using, not their size catagory. It's listed in their stat blocks along with each attack type.
