Second Two-Weapon Feat

I'm figuring out, if this feat is good. A player is using two-weapon fighting and even though I do think, it's good as it is, he struggles with a feat, which is useful and raises his strength. I thought it would be interesting to take the two-weapon fighting to the next level.

Ambidextrous Warrior

  • Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

  • When you're using two-weapon fighting, instead of a bonus action, you make the additional attack as part of the attack action. If you do so, you can't make another attack as a bonus action using the two-weapon fighting rules.
  • On your turn, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one, you can make one melee weapon attack as a bonus action with your secondary weapon.

The last one is almost the same with Great Weapon Master, but I think it fits with a very good two-weapon fighter, who should be like a whirlwind on the battlefield. The second trait is something I came up with after observing the problems with the action economy, even though I know, that this is combinable with Action Surge, I don't think the attack and the things you can do as a bonus action instead should offset much...

Since I still feel this was lacking (and it's the reason why I invented the feat in the first place) I added an ability score increase.

But this is only my feeling and I want to have feedback, if this feat would be a good addition or too powerful, before I present it to my player, who didn't even ask.

There appear to be two ways to interpret your second bullet point: the first is that it is useless because its function is possible by default - you aren't limited to making all of your attack action attacks with the same weapon if you have extra attack.

The second is, in my opinion, entirely missing the point of the off-hand attack being a bonus action in the first place, since it is the same effect as saying "you can use two bonus actions on your turn so long as one of them is to make an attack with a second weapon you are wielding."
