#1 EricKollman Jun 01, 2015 22:27:07	Hi All,   Question for those who have DM'd stirges before.  If a strige hits a character and thereby attaches to the character to drink more blood during the next round, how do you play it when other characters target that stirge.  Obviously, if they hit it, the stirge is likely destroyed.  However, if they miss, do you give any type of change that they might hit the character instead?  Do you have the character make some type of Dexterity check to avoid the attack that is coming toward his skin?  Just curious how people have handled this situation?
#2 AaronOfBarbaria Jun 02, 2015 0:31:17	No chance to hit your friend when targeting the stirge - most PCs are more damaging than a stirge, so it would create too much of a punitive feel for the players and result in too much opportunity for the stirge to end up in a loop of attaching and being pulled off rather than killed, attach again, and so on.
