Wanting to Make a Miniature Database

Between my DM and myself, we have a wide range of figures from varios games, and we were wondering if there was a way, either with a shared google doc or another online solution, to create a database of our figures? Requirements need to have picutres, basic info (name, size, ect) and have searchable tags. Also Free is a nice option too.

 

I tried messing with outlook but can't seem to beable to add pictures to cells. Any sugestions?

You could do this in a google doc solution. Use google sheets. 

 

You could also do a database and put it in a shared dropbox.
