What was the official canon ending for Murder in Baldur's Gate?

I just bought this adventure and I'm thinking of running it with updated final Fifth Edition stats as a kind of sidetrek during Hoard of the Dragon Queen.  But I saw at the end of the adveture that when this was used in Organized Play WOTC took the input from the various people playing through the adventure to decide what the official canon end to this was for the Forgotten Realms.  Was that result announced already?  What was it? Who ended up dead, etc.

The noble becomes the Chosen. I forget his name.

 

I highly recommend this adventure. I ran it during the Encounter's season, and it was great.
