Where is Faerie Fire in the Starer Set

Hi I am looking to run the starter set, and I see a lot of spell casters.  In 4e spells were in the monster block, and now it seems like we are back to page flipping to look up spells.  I have copied and pasted spell lists together as a cheat sheet.

 

Looking at the spell casters I see one of them has the Faerie Fire spell.  This spell is not in the Starter Set.  Where can I find it?  Also why was a spell listed on the major villian with no spell listing for it in the starter set?  

 

I hope for the MM and the e-tools,  they will help fix the page flipping slow down .

Faerie fire is on page 90 of the free Basic Rules PDF.

So the spell is not listed in the How to Play Book with the rest of the spells?  Check the PDF.  Thanks.
