#1 Blarghy Nov 15, 2008 15:35:55	I'm at work at the moment and don't have access to my Eberron book, but does anyone happen to know if there are any level prerequisites to getting the higher level dragonmark improvement feats (lesser/greater)? I'm working on some rules for a 3.5 Eberron campaign and was thinking about allowing flaws, but I'm a little wary of someone using all their flaws to beeline straight to a Greater dragonmark at level 1.

You need 9 ranks in two skills for Lesser Dragonmark and 12 ranks in two skills for Greater Dragonmark.
