#2 malek2991 Jul 06, 2008 11:00:32	Unfortunately Alter Self only lets you assume the form of a creature of the same type. Therefore a Warforged can only use Alter Self to become another creature with the construct type, not a human. Edit: Both Disguise Self and Polymorph would work. Disguise Self is an illusion and thus all your abilities remain the same. Polymorph will, as usual, change you into a Human thus giving you average human abilities, and you lose many of your abilities including adamantine body.
