Effect: Until the end of the encounter or until rendered unconscious, you gain a +2 power bonus to AC. In addition you gain 4 temporary hit points (8 at 11th level, 16 at 21st level). Gorebrute Shifting Shifter Racial Power You unleash the primal beast within and take on a more savage countenance. Encounter Minor Action Personal Special: You must be bloodied to use this power. Effect: Until the end of the encounter or until rendered unconscious, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls and a +4 bonus to opportunity attack damage rolls. Dreamsight Shifting Shifter Racial Power You unleash the primal beast within and take on a more savage countenance. Encounter Minor Action Personal Special: You must be bloodied to use this power. Effect: Until the end of the encounter or until rendered unconscious, you deal an additional +2 damage with ranged and area attacks.
