So, I've decided to run the Curse of the Crimson Throne adventure path of the Paizo Pathfinder series, set in the Eberron setting. Now, of course I'd like to share my thoughts on such a task, but I would also like to hear critism (constructive critique is preferred) or suggestions.

Edge of Anarchy
- Korvosa I decided would be Newthrone.
- The Fangs of Kazavon are a relic of the Qalabrin (spelling?), a group of necromancers who used to live in Xen'drik.
- The Shingle Chase will be a skill challenge (Acrobatics, Athletics, Perception) requiring 12 successes before 3 failures.
- The Shoanti are replaced by the Arkhosians (Dragonborn).
- Derro are replaced by dwarven cultists of the Dragon Below.
- Cabbagehead is an Ogre. Pure and simple.
- Potions of featherfall are avaliable (as Blackjacks escape hinges on it), though pricing will be an issue I need to adress at some point.

More to follow...

Funny that bring this up, as I was about to do the same thing. Only

Korvosa will be Woart in Breland

illeosa will have married the 'ol Bear (don't worried, I think i'll find a way to save him)

The Shoanti will be the Cyrians

I left Cabbage as is, and the Derro i've replaced with Druguer from the Thunderspire labrinyth.

Your Idea is brilliant about the Crown of fangs, I was gonna keep it as is or make it house the spirit of Rakshasa or Demon Prince or something.

I love the use of a skill challenge for the shingle chase, that’s exactly what skill challenges are for.

I do, however, have a big question about your Eberron conversion of the Shoanti. Although you’ve changed them to be dragonborn, that doesn’t answer the question of where they live. Half of the adventure path is going to the Shoanti tribes and convincing them to tell you what they know of the evil below the castle.

How will that translate to Khorvaire? Afraid I don’t know anything about these Qalabrin you mentioned, but by your brief description it sounds like you’re setting up the Cinderland adventures to take place in Xen’drik?

In my campaign, Dragonborn are one of the lizardfolk tribes of Q'barra. The Cinderlands will become Q'barran jungle.

The Qalabrin were chosen because A) They (we/a)re the most powerful necromancers in the entire setting, barring none and B) They were the first thing that jumped to mind.
