#1 Hellcow Oct 04, 2014 12:31:24	Hi everyone!   This month I'm involved with two charity projects that have some ramifications for Eberron.   First up, I'm going to be playing with the D&D team in Seattle for Extra Life. I'm going to be in for 8 hours of the 24 hour session, which will be streamed; Greg Bilsland is the game master. If you make a donation, you can establish certain details about the character I'm going to play. And if those details are specific to Eberron, I'll develop them for 5E and post them on my website. Currently I know I'm going to be playing an Artificer tied to the Silver Flame. The next biggie is Race, which could be an Eberron specific race or a race/dragonmark combination. It's a big donation - $100 - but I'm fine with multiple people teaming up to make that donation (so, for example, 20 people each donating $5) as long as the whole group agrees on the race!   Bear in mind that these will NOT be official and will only be developed in the level of detail recquired for the game - so I'm going to come up with a working artificer character, but I'm NOT going to come up with a full 20-level progression for the class, and I may come up with a completely different approach for the class in the future. Still, I will post a 5E artificer with at least a few levels of progression, and my thoughts on what could draw an artificer to the Silver Flame!   A week later I'll be writing and running a 5E Eberron adventure for Celebrity ChariD20. If you donate, you'll support child literacy and be able to watch the stream and download the adventure.   Even if you can't afford to get the adventure or establish a character trait, I urge you to donate $1 and to urge other Eberron fans you know to do the same. The money is going to a good cause, and it will be a message to WotC that Eberron support is still strong. Thanks in advance!

For me, this is an important moment just to see how many people out there really want to see new material for Eberron in the future, or at the least to see me continue my unofficial support. What I'm asking is for you to donate one dollar (or more) to one of the two charitable events I'm involved with this month. While individually it may not make a tremendous difference, it's very important to me as a way to see if people still care about the setting and if I should be continuing to fight for support.
