Has anyone converted Shadows of the Last War to 4th edition yet? I'm planning on running it and figured I'd see if anyone has done a conversion already before I start on my own, for comparison if nothing else.

Anyway, just thought I'd check before I start on my own.

Not really...are going to run the entire arc? If so, this conversion of the first adventure, the Forgotten Forge, might help.

I'm in the process of converting it, and am about 25% of the way through it.

It should be done within about a week and a half, and I intend to post it on these forums for anybody who wants to take advantage of it.

I've converted shadows of the last war myself already, and I'd be happy to discuss the way I did so with you.
My notes are full of group specifics and shorthand though, so it wouldn't likely be super useful to you.

I think we'll see more and better conversions once the Monster program is released (see the July previews and beyond).

The only conversion I have seen so far asks me to reference other books (one of the things I like most about the new 4e format is putting the monster stats on the same page for the encounter).

Here is an excerpt:
Forgotten Forge

The Bloody Bridge (600xp)
Cutter: Warforged Barbarian (Halfling Prowler, MM p153)
Slicer: Warforged Barbarian (Halfling Prowler, MM p153;
starts at ½ HP)
Both Cutter and Slicer can rage for +2 to attacks and +1 to
damage; lasts 3 turns.

That's something that is entirely within my capacity to add in, and it would be fairly quick. The only reason I didn't do that in the original conversion I posted online was because I was trying to get through the process of converting it.

My intent has always been to convert it and get it to a playable state, and then tweak it and expand, adding things like monster stats.

There's a thread I made asking for tips on how to improve the conversion, I would gladly have added that earlier if somebody had requested it. I think I'll go and do that sometime this week...

I am not trying to offend you or anyone else. I write adventures out with all of the stat blocks and it is a pain in the butt to format them like in the MM. Even if you set up format rules in word, it is just time consuming. I am writing articles that I am considering submitting to DDI for Dragon and Dungeon magazines, and it is frustrating how much time I waste fighting formatting.

I also wish I could download whatever font WotC uses to do the attack symbols.

No offense taken, I'm just saying that I can add them in now that I know that there's a desire to see that information.

I'd probably add them on separate pages at the end of the pdf, one page per encounter. They would most likely not be as pretty as the Wizards format, but I can get fairly close. Look for it sometime soon.

The font is out there... check out http://www.enworld.org/forum/4268238-post97.html

I use it all the time, and yeah the formatting takes a lot of time for my monster design time. and all I usually do it stick them in a single frame. (with just everything lined up the way it is supposed to be, no alternating light/dark colour background)
